Chris joined the Killby & Gayford Limited Board of Directors in 1992 as a Director and was part of the management buyout in 2007. Chris is responsible for a large number of prestigious and complicated refurbishment projects and maintains regular contact with Client and Professional Teams to ensure that the Killby & Gayford Project Teams are effectively managed from initial enquiry through to final account stages. Chris has been involved in ensuring that the increasingly important requirement for managing 'high tech' communications/services integration within building programmes is maintained, and that all projects are suitably resourced. In addition, Chris is particularly adept at contract negotiations either with clients or through architects and quantity surveyors.
