Killby & Gayford is committed to being fully compliant with the new Equality Act and therefore our Equal Opportunities and Diversity policy and procedures are currently being reviewed.  We are working pro-actively as part of the UKCG's Diversity Group "to  map current industry  initiates, look for examples  of best practice, clarify any obstacles to certain sectors of the population joining the industry and to make proposals for collective action" mindful of the recent Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) report on race in construction.
