Our office experience has involved a wide cross section of differing project types with a variety of difficulties from the simple refurbishment and redevelopment of existing office blocks, through the installation of additional floors and frames behind retained facades, to the design and build construction of state of the art commercial developments. On occasions, tight inner city sites and mixed use developments have necessitated the joint development of adjoining sites using two or more main contractors, resulting in shared access and at times shared tower crane facilities, together with the ensuing logistical problems.
