Killby & Gayford were contracted to completely refurbish this prestigious building and alter part of the existing infirmary  including the common room and refectory for nuns at St Mary Abbey in West Malling, Kent.

The project included:

  • Strip out and demolition of existing structure including removal of a section of the first floor external walls.
  • Replacement of first floor level with new brickwork to suit the surrounding building.
  • New extension and alterations to the South Wing.
  • M&E installations.
  • New partition walls and suspended ceilings.
  • Hard and soft landscaping.
