Killby & Gayford carried out the refurbishment and fitting out of a former NEXT retail unit in the centre of Wrexham town centre to form a new Branch of Barclays Bank PLC.

The works involved:

• Provision of new electrical and mechanical services, removal of existing lift and installation of new lift including construction of lift shaft and pit.
• Provision of first floor meeting room suite and back office facilities and staff areas.
• Installing new open branch counters and secure back office at ground floor level along with internal and external ATM’s and kiosk.
• Finishing the branch at ground and first floors to new branch standards and design including ceramic floors and carpeting.
• Providing all new furniture and fittings and new shopfront with automated doors and new external signage and internal merchandising.
