Killby & Gayford are carrying out phased works to form the new pathology building rooftop extension whilst ensuring the smooth running of the occupied ground and first floor facilities.

The works include:

  • Temporary relocation of roof mounted M&E plant to scaffold towers.
  • Demolition and rebuilding of lift and stair cores.
  • New steel framed extension to form second floor.
  • Fit out to new second floor.
  • Whilst carrying out the works care must be taken to segregate works and ensure a safe means of access and egress at all times.
