Killby & Gayford refurbished The Honourable Artillery Company’s private function and event facilities at the Grade II Listed Armoury House. Works included the formation of a new basement within the existing building, underpinning, piling, major temporary works, drainage diversion and reinforced concrete basement construction. The adjoining buildings were occupied throughout the contract and the kitchen and function facilities remained in use. The finished project was opened by the Company Captain General, H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. Client |
