Fast-track refurbishment and fit out of a five-storey grade II listed building to form Brioni’s flagship store in the UK.
The fit out was based on a classic 1950s Italian look to complement the client’s heritage and the building’s listed interior.

Works included:

  • Minor structural alterations.
  • Revision of internal layout to form showrooms, staffrooms, Manager’s office and storage rooms.
  • Extensive redecoration and restoration of internal finishes and windows.

Access and storage was very limited requiring tight phasing and co-ordination of the works throughout.
