Killby & Gayford was selected as the main contractor for the internal and external renovation of this Grade I listed building, heralding our return to this 300-year-old church.
External works included:

  • Stripping lead covering and re-cladding of the steeple.
  • Stonework repairs and remedial works to tower.
  • Installation of new spiral staircase to facilitate future access to steeple.
  • External cleaning of Lombard Street elevation.

Internal works included:

  • Re-ordering of the nave, chapel, lobby and front offices.
  • Formation of new toilet facilities including a disabled WC.
  • Installation of new mechanical and electrical services throughout.
  • Repairs to plaster and cleaning of all windows.
