Killby & Gayford was contracted to carry out the conversion of this existing five-storey block into midtown office accommodation. The works included:

  • Alterations to existing unit including demolition of roof and suspended slabs.
  • New piled foundations and slabs.
  • Structural steelwork and fire protection.
  • New roofs and rooflights at various levels.
  • Curtain walling to form atrium and new windows.
  • Structural alterations to accommodate new stairs, lifts and ducts.
  • Internal partitioning and dry lining.
  • New entrance screen and reception area, toilets and finishings.
