The project involved the construction of a two-storey building to provide state of the art facilities including a sports hall, changing rooms, classrooms and a gymnasium. During design development of the scheme we revised the building position to increase space on the sports field and incorporated piled foundations, glulam beams, precast concrete walls and under floor heating.
